01 / Everywhere

Your tabs can move with you.

Each device keeps its own live dock; you choose what crosses over

Open here, or send to
Browse the current dock on another signed-in device. Open here copies one of its pages to this device; Send to explicitly copies your current page to a device you choose. The source stays unchanged.
Live device docks
The Devices panel shows which installations are online and an on-demand snapshot of their current apps and tabs. Closing or navigating here never makes another device follow.
Supported sign-ins are end-to-end encrypted
Supported site cookies and Ugly ecosystem passkeys can transfer between your approved devices without the server being able to read them.
02 / Quiet

The ads never load.

Blocking, permissions and passkeys are built in, not bolted on

Ad and tracker blocking
On by default, on every device, with nothing to install. The page arrives already quiet.
Permissions per site
Camera, microphone, location, pointer lock — granted to one site, not to the whole browser, and revocable from one screen.
Passkeys
Sign in with the fingerprint reader or face camera you already have. Nothing to remember, nothing to leak. Today that covers sites in the Ugly ecosystem.
03 / Windows

Two pages, one window.

The controls a heavy tab habit actually needs

Split view
Two live pages side by side with a divider you drag, and either pane can hold any tab. The sidebar follows whichever pane you are in.
Devices
See the live dock on each signed-in device, then use Open here or Send to when you want to copy a page. Nothing moves or mirrors without an explicit action.
Reader, find and ⌘K
Strip a page down to its text, search inside it, or jump anywhere from the command palette without touching the mouse. A task manager shows you what is actually eating the battery.
04 / Extend

Extensions that run on your phone.

The same bundle on desktop, Android and iOS

One extension, three platforms
Extensions here are not desktop-only. The same bundle loads on the desktop and on both phones, which almost nothing else does. Today it runs the extension we ship with it; loading your own on a phone is next.
Any site can be an app
Pin a site to the dock and it behaves like an app: its own icon, its own start page, its own tabs — and it appears on your other devices too.
05 / Play

Games are apps here, not tabs.

Pin it, play it, and pick it up on the other machine

A game lives in the dock
Pin a game and it gets its own icon, its own window and a place in this device's dock. Use the Devices panel when you want to copy it to another device.
The hard parts work
Pointer lock, real fullscreen and GPU compositing, plus the cross-origin isolation a game needs to run its physics and simulation off the main thread. Things that are a fight in an ordinary tab.
06 / Talk back

Complain in one keystroke.

Every ugly.bot app has a direct line, built into the browser

⌘J, anywhere
Hit ⌘J on any ugly.bot app and a note box opens with a screenshot already attached — web content blurred — and it goes to the people who build that app, not to a support queue.
The apps get better because of it
Every ugly.bot app is built and fixed against what comes through that box. Telling us something is broken is the fastest way to watch it stop being broken.

Windows will probably warn you the first time. SmartScreen flags installers it has not seen often yet, which is every new release of a small app. Click More info, then Run anyway. The installer is signed — you can check the publisher in that same dialog before you click.
